📄 Terms and Conditions – Panic Button
1. Service Description
Panic Button is an app designed to integrate with your Zendesk instance, providing an emergency alert functionality for agents and admins. With a single click, you can trigger visual and sound alerts within Zendesk, improving real-time communication during critical situations.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the Panic Button app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
3. Free Trial Period
Panic Button can be installed free of charge for a period of 5 consecutive days. During this trial, all features will be available without restrictions. After the 5-day period, billing will begin automatically, as described below.
4. Pricing and Billing
Continued use of Panic Button after the free trial is subject to a monthly subscription fee of USD 10.00 (ten US dollars) per Zendesk account.
- This amount will be billed directly through your Zendesk account, based on your registered payment methods.
- The billing is recurring and applied at the beginning of each billing cycle.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Zendesk app management panel.
- Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current cycle.
6. Support and Updates
- The app receives continuous updates for improvements in security, usability, and compatibility.
- Technical support is available via email and through the app's admin panel during business hours (BrasĂlia time).
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Panic Button only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Zendesk policies and user conduct standards.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the button for harassment or spam purposes.
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing the app's code without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Panic Button developer is not responsible for Zendesk service interruptions or for misuse of the app.
- Panic Button is a complementary tool and does not replace internal team communication protocols during emergencies.
9. General Provisions
- These terms may be updated at any time, with prior notice through the Zendesk platform.
- Continued use of the app after any updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
